CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

The Customer Support Executive will be responsible to deliver full spectrum of Customer Service to customers who contacting us through various channels to ensure the customers has the best shopping experience. He/She is required to provide professional, responsive and reliable service to our customers.
~ What is the main job scope for this job?
- Provide promptly reply to customer inquiries through email, Live Chat, Phone, and etc
- Liaise with Operations Team and other functions to achieve prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues and queries
- Assist customers in resolving delivery issues and complaints promptly
- Escalate customer feedback and concerns if necessary, within acceptable time frame
- Master product knowledge and benefits
- Understand customer shopping process and order management
- Provide customer feedback report
- Promptness in arranging parcel for Lazada LEX Drop-off Point (DOP)
- Adherence to service standard to sustain customer relationship
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in any business-related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to applY
- Friendly & answer to customers in efficient and polite manner
- Self-motivated & able to solve non-technical questions/problems raised by customers via online chat room
- Identify the concern of the customer by good listening skills and asking the right questions
